Privacy is a recurring issue on the Internet. It is the subject of animated discussions, at the heart of national, European and international concerns. How can we reconcile the increasing digitization of daily life (digital identity, modernisation of services…) with respect for the privacy of users?

What are the initiatives in this field? Are they effective (right to be forgotten, notice of unauthorized access to personal data)? What role can national, European and international authorities play?
